2. Products and Pricing

• Product prices are listed in US dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice.
• We make every effort to display product information accurately; however, minor variations in color and appearance may occur due to display settings.
• Laser safety: the built-in rangefinder is a Class 1 eye-safe laser product compliant with 21 CFR 1040.10/1040.11 and IEC 60825-1. Do not attempt to disassemble the laser module.

3. Orders and Payment

• All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Your order is accepted once payment is confirmed.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in cases of suspected fraud, pricing error, or product unavailability.

4. Shipping and Risk of Loss

Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. See our Shipping Policy for details on delivery times and lost packages.

5. Returns and Warranty

Returns, refunds, and the 2-year manufacturer warranty are governed by our Refund & Warranty Policy.
