Refund & Warranty Policy

1. 30-Day Returns

You may return any product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided the item is in its original packaging with all accessories included.

• Contact support@fqgfqg.com with your order number to start a return.
• We will provide return instructions and the return address.
• Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
• Return shipping is free for defective items; for change-of-mind returns, return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

2. 2-Year Manufacturer Warranty

Every FQGFQG rangefinder binocular is covered by a 2-year limited manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, starting from the date of purchase.

• Covered: optical defects, laser module failure, waterproofing failure under normal use, electronic malfunctions.
• Not covered: damage from misuse, drops, unauthorized repairs, lost CR2 battery consumption, or normal wear.
• To make a claim, email your order number, a description of the issue, and photos or video to support@fqgfqg.com.
• Approved claims receive a free repair or replacement at no cost to you.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the package and product. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping.

4. Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund any time before they ship. Once shipped, please use the standard return process.
